Community Conservation and Recreation Projects (DCNR)
The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Recreation & Conservation maintains the DCNR Grants Map Viewer where visitors may search for Keystone Recreation, Park and Conservation Fund projects by county for the years 1993 to the current year.

Historic Preservation & Construction Project Grants (PHMC)
The Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC) administers multiple funding programs. Grant programs are available to nonprofit organizations and local governments. Tax credits are available to owners of certified historic buildings in income producing use.
Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education Grants
The state system awards grants to colleges and universities for facility, grounds, and infrastructure projects.
Pennsylvania Department of Education Library Grants
The Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE), through the Office of Commonwealth Libraries, Bureau of Library Development, administers the public library portion of this program which is funded from a portion of realty transfer taxes. Grants pay up to 50 percent of eligible costs to plan, acquire, construct, or rehabilitate public library facilities. Examples of fundable projects include, but are not limited to: ADA upgrades, new roof, replacement windows, energy efficient upgrades to HVAC systems, facility expansion and new construction.
